Regions belong to states and each state has a leader who is a player profile. The state card shows the leader, the region list and the state image; the leader can change the state logo with their own profile.

You can submit a visa, citizenship or education application to a state. The leader or an authorized minister reviews applications; you can follow the status on the applications screen.

The leader can appoint citizens of the state to the interior, foreign affairs, education and economy offices. Authority and application scope are checked on the server for every action.
